Dear Beloved,

Every moment we experience, all the longing, the desire, and the waiting, are opportunities to draw closer to Him. In this waiting, you are not stagnant. Instead, you are actively growing, developing, and deepening in your faith and relationship. Despite the aching yearn for intimacy and the touch of a kindred spirit, remember that your individual journey has its unique timeline and God’s perfect timing is always worth the wait.
Let’s pray together now, “Dear Jesus, please fill my heart with the peace that surpasses all understanding. Allow me to rest in your sustaining grace, be my comfort, and satiate my longings. Grant me the great blessing of sleep tonight, and soothe my anxious heart. Let me rest in the warmth of your presence, your relentless love, and unfailing faithfulness. Help me to place my fears and doubts in your hands, for in you, they find their end.”
