“For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds” 2 Corinthians 10:4
The weapons of our warfare are many, they include the word, prayer, worship, faith in God, grace, mercy etc. Today we are reminded that these weapons are mighty through God, in the pulling down of strongholds.
For example because of His mercy we can enter into His presence with no condemnation, because of Christ we have been clothed with righteousness. Freely given the ability to call him ABBA Father.
Because of His finished work on the cross we can stand boldly before the throne of grace and ask for anything. Because of Christ we can declare in faith and it shall be. Because of Him we have authority. Whatever we bind on earth is bound in heaven. Whatever we loose on earth is loosed in heaven.
How are you doing in utilizing the authority you have been given this morning? I encourage you friends to use your weapons and let this nation be established in righteousness as you do so. Speak! Speak! Speak! You have authority.
So Lord thank you that today is a new day for South Africa and her people, we thank you that there shall be peace and prosperity in this land. We declare the corporates in this nation shall prosper. We declare that 2019 is the year unemployment levels drop to levels never seen in years prior. Single rigit Lord single digit.
We declare government structures shall function in the manner they are meant to function. We declare the church shall take its place.
We thank you that the spirit of corruption shall be uprooted from every corner of this nation. Thank you that your justice will prevail.
Thank you Lord that this morning you awaken the conscience of our leaders! Thank you that they will have courage to come clean and do right by this nation. Thank you that a new breed of leadership shall come forth from every corner of governance and business. Thank you for rearranging those in leadership positions. Remove liers and corrupt leaders and replace them with competent, servant leaders.
You Lord are able to use us to bring this to pass for your word says you are able to do mighty works according to the power that at work in us. We parter with you Holy Spirit. We say yes. Use us. Use us Lord! Let blind eyes be open as we see afresh your will and purpose for this nation. Give us courage to be upright even when no one is watching. In the Name of Jesus we pray.
