Tonight as we pray, we are reminded of how truly fortunate we are. Verily, the enemy has been vanquished. He can’t hold any charges against us.
As believers, it’s crucial for us to recall this truth daily. God’s wrath concerning sin was bestowed upon His Son. He set His judgement on sin once and for all. Jesus serves as the paramount sacrifice for all our sins, whether they occurred in the past, present or future.
We stand as righteous as we could ever be because we are dressed in the righteousness of Jesus Christ. We aren’t condemned. Thanks to Christ, we can confidently approach the throne of grace and our Heavenly Father will listen and reply far beyond our wildest dreams.
No more allegations. No more guilt. We are forgiven. We have been reconciled to a right relationship with God. What a triumph. Such compassion. No one compares to You, God. In Jesus’s Name.
