The most heartening aspect of our present predicament is that it’s beyond our control! We’re fractured as a society, unable to act. The only recourse is to a powerful God who can rescue us from this chaos and restore our unity, making us a vibrant nation once more!
The absence of accountability, good administration, ethical standards, and the rising corruption sadden me deeply. Amidst this, I recall the dialogue between God and Abraham, a confidant of God, regarding the city where Lot lived. I realize that because of Jesus Christ, I too am a companion of God and can appeal to Him like Abraham did. This realization instills hope in me, recalling God’s promise: “If I find fifty upright individuals in the city, I will save the entire city for them.”
I believe God is urging the church to unite, voicing out as one, promising that He will save our country for the church’s sake. The narrative isn’t over until God declares it’s over! Keep our nation in your unceasing prayers. For its sake, the Lord will choose to spare it!
